How about the quaint city square with all those wonderful restaurants to choose from? Not to mention the downtown tasting rooms tempting you to try just one more sip of Paso in a Bottle! Mmmmm… Well you can bring the wine home but wouldn’t you also love to revisit one or two of Chef Alma’s delicious recipes to hold you over until you can come and stay with us again? Wild Blueberry Ebelskiver

We had one guest call these “little pillows of happiness” and it’s hard to argue with that! Ebelskiver is a traditional Danish filled pancake that makes a lovely combination with a nice hot cup of Sundance coffee on a perfect Paso morning!

Note: You will need to buy a special ebelskiver pan for this recipe.
